29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Holiday Apartment Campanelle offers accommodation for up to six people and is located in San Felice del Benaco, adjacent to the public park of the village with a view of the beautiful fortress of Manerba del Garda.
This dwelling, next to the owners' house, offers the possibility of a courtyard with two parking spaces in case you are travelling with your own vehicle and a cosy communal barbecue area in the garden for relaxing dinners.
The 140 sqm property is spread over two floors and has every comfort and accessory needed to make your stay on the lake unforgettable.
On the ground floor we find the living room equipped with a sofa, satellite TV, two single beds (which can be joined on request), a large fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor we find the double bedroom with a cot for children up to three years old, the second bathroom with shower and bathtub and a further bedroom with two single beds.
Outside there is a laundry area and in the covered area, a kitchen equipped with a cooker, grill and a long table for guests' use. There is also a communal above-ground swimming pool (2mx1.40mx1.10m) for guests to cool off in the hot summer evenings.
N.B.
The cooling of the rooms at night must be agreed with the owner on arrival.
Persons other than guests are not allowed in the property.
